did anyone claim this glove? I am working on an art project and need one red leather glove...if you are willing to send it to me, it would make a wonderful story to add to this project! you can contact me at letha@southhillgallery.com. thanks,
I just want to say I love the way you "pose" these gloves in your pictures, especially the red leather glove. It gives a bit of life to an otherwise inanimate and ordinary object.
"onecoldhand.com is a project that connects the Pittsburgh community through one unfortunate event - the loss of a glove. The website creates a method for dealing with the conundrum of finding these lost articles. Do you leave it and hope the owner comes back to find it? Do you pick it up? Throw it away? With onecoldhand.com, the abandoned object now becomes a symbol of benevolence and hope." -----Jennifer Gooch
SEE YOUR GLOVE? email a picture of the other glove to onecoldhand@gmail.com - we'll reunite them for free!
LOSE A PAIR? We get pairs all the time. Email a detailed description of your gloves to onecoldhand@gmail.com. Unclaimed pairs will be donated to charity.
MEDIA INQUIRES: contact Eric Sloss 412-268-5765 cell: 412-480-7246 ecs@andrew.cmu.edu
(I still have stickers, if you'd like them for nostalgia's sake.)
wanna be a finder? stickers available at drop-boxes or by mail!
find a glove, leave a sticker...
One Cold Hand is no longer, but there are plenty of lost and founds, Craigslists, and other means of trying to connect someone with the thing they have lost.
